Platypus

With all the water movement here around where I live on the East Coast of NSW, I look deeper into the effects of this movement of Nature.

Now is a good time to spot the platypus on top of creeks and streams where they live, because the water movement brings them to the surface.

Platypus give us connection the ancient animals. Platypus gives us the ability to remain unique, and to show us the value of remaining as you are, and also the ability of rearing your children differently. A wonderful Pagan mascot for us, because we too are seen as “different”.

Platypus teaches us the ability of rising above turbulence, learning to embrace all aspects of one’s self, especially those aspects that don’t seem to fit. Platypus teaches the ability to adapt to any change in one’s environment. This essence also gives the courage to discover and be your true self.
